Terms of Entry

20 November 2026, Macau

By purchasing a ticket to Black Box, you ("Attendee", "you") enter into a binding agreement with Black Box Sound System ("Black Box", "we", "us"). These terms form the complete contract of entry.

1. The Event

Black Box is a private, limited-capacity night in Macau. It runs from 23:30 on 20 November 2026 until the venue closes at 08:00 on 21 November 2026. Capacity is 100. The location is never announced and the line-up is never published. Invitations are shared mainly through private chats, and anyone holding a valid ticket may attend.

2. Tickets

• Each ticket is numbered and costs MOP 275. One ticket per person. No +1s.
• Tickets are personal, non-refundable and non-transferable, and cannot be resold. Any exception requires our prior written approval, at our sole discretion.
• Entry is strictly 18+.
• The name on the ticket must match a valid government-issued photo ID.
• No walk-ins, door sales, guest lists or VIP exceptions. Capacity is fixed.
• We may cancel a ticket and refuse entry without refund if these terms are breached, or if we reasonably believe the Attendee poses a risk to the event.

3. Pickup and Access

• Organised pickup is the only way to reach the venue. The address is not shared with Attendees.
• Pickups run from Taipa at 23:30 and from Macau at 23:59. Exact pickup points and times are released only through the official channel.
• You must present your ticket and matching ID. Without both, entry is refused with no exceptions and no refund.
• [TO BE DECIDED BEFORE PUBLISHING] If you miss your pickup, contact the organisers. No refund is given. We still need to define what happens next: whether late arrival is possible, how it works, and until what time.
• No return transport is provided. You are responsible for your own journey home after the venue closes.

4. Cameras and Photography

• Phone cameras are covered on entry and must stay covered throughout the night.
• Photography, video, audio recording, live-streaming or any other content capture by Attendees is prohibited.
• Breach of this policy results in immediate removal without refund.
• The organisers may take a limited number of photos during the event. These are used only for internal reference and for private presentations to venues and partners. By attending, you accept that you may appear in them.

5. Conduct

• Attendees must behave respectfully and preserve the privacy and atmosphere of the room.
• Security and the organisers may refuse entry to, or remove, any person who breaches these terms or puts others at risk, without refund.
• Illegal substances, weapons, or behaviour that endangers others will result in immediate removal and possible referral to the authorities.

6. Liability and Risk

You attend and use the pickup transport at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by Macau law, the organisers are not liable for personal injury, loss of property or any other loss.

7. Communications

• Your ticket and the channel link arrive by email. All event information is then released only through the official channel.
• The channel is deleted after the event.
• You agree not to share pickup details, the location, guest names or any other event information outside the channel.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Macao Special Administrative Region. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Macau.

By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms of Entry in full.
